jake – my amazing husband of 14 years. jake & i started dating when i was 15 and i’ve loved every moment of my life with him. after over 16 years together he still makes me laugh :) he’s an avid football fan (soccer) and writes articles on a site he runs with several friends : www.yankscallitsoccer.com
mackenzie –kenzie is awesome! she is such a sweetheart and is so good at making people feel loved whenever they’re around her. she is an awesome soccer player and also enjoys sewing :)
blake - blake is a character. he has inherited the brown skill of quoting endlessly random lines from various shows and movies. he’s the class clown & always ready to entertain. he also is a great soccer player and enjoys skateboarding.
cosmo – the pug aka “the old man”. named after cosmo brown from singing in the rain. he is too fat i mean “big boned” to reach his back – so he is endlessly in search of something to rub his back on.
griswold – the white fluffy cat who no one believes is a boy. given to our kids as a christmas present – so appropriately named after clark griswold from christmas vacation.
lucy – aka “fat lady”. up until meeting lucy i’d never seen a cat push past the line of dogs and eat their food. she is our second lucy or how we like to refer to her as “lucille 2” (arrested development) – however her name is actually based off my favorite show of all time – i love lucy :)
morley – aka “chicken” is sweet – but is the dopiest dog i’ve ever met. he is named after the morley manor in the wonderful don knotts classic private eyes.
maggie – the magpie – named after the mascot of my husband's favorite soccer team – newcastle united. she’s turned me into wanting to be one of those crazy dog owners that take their dogs with them everywhere in their handbag, luckily my husband hasn’t let me :)
tigger – and then there’s tigger. aka “old lady”. i’ve had this cat since i was 15 – and she seems to keep going. she likes to sleep all day in my flower pots, so i always have to be careful when i water my plants :)
